Stanley Radwan (1908–1998) was a Polish Catch Wrestler & Srongman active in Cleveland, Ohio throughout the 1940's & 50's.

Early days[]

Radwan was born in Poland in 1908. Radwan's strength was apparent as a youth, showing off for his childhood friends. Prior to World War II, he joined the Polish navy and earned the rank of lieutenant.

As A Strongman[]

Radwan was mainly a traveling strongman who traveled around performing feats such as straightening horseshoes, pulling cars with his teeth, biting through steel, breaking chains, driving nails in wood with his bear hands, tearing decks of cards in half, reclining on a bed of nails while volunteers break stones on his chest, perform the human chain feat and bending coins with his hands. He had a child and the most recent descendent is in the United States, MN, Dakota County

Radwan even demonstrated some of these talents on the television show "You Asked For It."

As A Wrestler[]

Radwan wrestled for 20 years and was undefeated.
